Drawing from a small and genetically related labor pool, an elite team of experts was assembled to install Ka Leo O Ke Kai, a series of mosaics and metal panels destined for the walls of the new Fire Station in Hau’ula, HI.  Brother Ken and daughter Miya proved their mettle, laboring without complaint in the mild windward breezes of Oahu for low wages and the occasional plate lunch.
